Meditation is a healing way to rest the mind, to be alone with yourself, to feel the breath you take and to stay in the moment without thinking about yesterday and tomorrow.
When you are together with the sounds of nature, your mind starts to calm down and your thoughts to clear. Life becomes more enjoyable, more colorful and more hopeful when nature, with all its generosity, takes you into its compassionate arms.
Everything we think and feel is a product of our mind. The more we rest our minds, the more calm thoughts it produces for us.
The way to deal with the negativities in life is to stay calm. It is possible to achieve this by resting the mind.
Bring in your mind a moment when you close your eyes and try to calm down or rest. Imagine yourself in nature. Think how beautiful the sounds, smells and feelings are and focus on that moment. Wouldn’t it be great? Wouldn’t everything get a little easier?
We need to stop and rest in the hustle and bustle of life, turn inside ourselves, and really feel when we hug our loved ones. Always, always more…
